We assist customers and businesses in the hospitality industry located in Dubai in finding professional chefs and local cooks. As part of registration or when using our service, we collect data including your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, nationality, city/area, and login credentials. For customers/businesses, we will have booking details including type of event, location, date, guest numbers, etc.

Using the Zen app, we gather information about your device such as model, operating system, unique identifiers, IP address, browser type, pages/screens visited, and user interaction patterns. If you choose to, we can gather approximate or exact location information so that we can recommend chefs/cooks near you.
Payment information. Processing of payments is carried out through third-party payment processors. Our organization does not store full card numbers. We get partial information, for example, transaction status, amount, and the last four digits of the card number.
Communications. In the case of email, WhatsApp, or in-app communication, all such communications, along with any associated data, are kept for replying and providing better service.
